Problem Note 56061: You might be able to assign cases to users who do not have permission to access SAS® Enterprise Case Management

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In a user-interface (UI) definition file in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you can use the function GetUsersWithAccessToEntities() to obtain a list of users who have access to the specified entity. However, the function might return users who have access to the specified entity regardless of whether the user belongs to the Ent Case Mgmt Users group. The list of users might include users who do not have permission to log on to the SAS Enterprise Case Management web application.

To work around this problem, you can use SAS® Management Console to add everyone who is a member of a group in the SAS Enterprise Case Management's database table CASE_CONFIG_X_USER_GROUP to the metadata group Ent Case Mgmt Users.
